For this reason alone, I believe that it is more than worth noting the importance of Italian olive oil and I am sure that others will be able to say the same. It's because of this reason that I do not think this oil would be too out of place when it comes to the culinary method known as stir-frying.

For those who do not know, stir-frying is a culinary process that entails the preparation of meat and vegetables while being stirred.
